You may cancel your order within 24 hours, at no charge - as long as the order has not been processed (load / send money hasn't completed) or the item hasn't been shipped. You will receive your refund within 7-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
If cancellation was requested after 24 hours, we will refund the order charge less the processing fee that is associated with every item order.
For Ready-to-Cook Meals and Fast Food Delivery, if an item has already shipped, we cannot return nor refund it due to the perishable nature of the product. If Load/Send Money has already been processed, we cannot issue a refund on both item price and processing fee.
