Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours, at no charge - as long as the order has not been processed (load / send money hasn't completed) or the item hasn't been shipped. You will receive your refund within 7-10 business days depending on your financial institution. If cancellation was requested after 24 hours, we will refund the order charge less the processing fee that is associated with every item order.
For Ready-to-Cook Meals and Fast Food Delivery, if an item has already shipped, we cannot return nor refund it due to the perishable nature of the product. If Load/Send Money has already been processed, we cannot issue a refund on both item price and processing fee.

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are computed for every item. We will process every request within 24 hours. Physical items shipped within 24-48 hours of order.

Cooking instructions:

Roast:

1. Pre-heat oven at 175°C / 350°F.
2. Cook for 20 minutes (skin side up) or until golden brown.
3. Turn meat over and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes or until done.

Pan Fry:

1. Pre-heat oil at 175°C / 350°F over medium heat.
2. Cook for 8 minutes, (skin side down first), turning the meat over every 2 minutes.
3. Lower the temperature to 150°C / 300°F over low heat. Cook for another 6 to 8 minutes or until done.
4. Place on a strainer or cooling rack to drain off excess oil.
Net weight: 450g
Keep frozen.
Shelf life – 5 months frozen
Do not return thawed meat in the freezer as it will affect its shelf life.
