boil the pig face,ear,and heart in pineapple juice for 30-45 minutes
grill ang chop
mix in crushed adobong chicken liver or liver paste for better taste .and add calamnsi or lemon,salt, pepper,hot green pepper ,and chopped onion.mix thoroughly
serve with lemon and eggs..this recipe is yummy with rice .my other version of sisg is best for pulutan .

1 can pineapple juice
4 small chopped shallots
4 tbsp chopped ginger
red and green siling labuyo seeded andchopped
1/4 cup kalamansi juice
1/2 cup vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
clean pork ears
boil in pineapple juice for 45 minutes or until tender
brown each side
chopped
mix in all the remaining ingredients ..ref for at least 4 hours before serving
