Ingredients:

6 pcs butterfish or lapu lapu

5pcs sliced tomatoes

2 pcs big sliced onions

scallion

8 pcs sliced kamias

patis and pepper to taste

 

 

Line the pyrex dish with tomatoes onions and kamias

arrange the fish over

sprinkle with pepper and patis

add remaining tomatoes ..onion..kamias on top of the fish

a little bit more of pepper and patis

cook in medium heat for 20 mins

serve with rice......
