Ingredients:

3 med sized eggplant

2 small chopped tomatoes

1 small  thinly sliced onion

1/2 to 3/4 cup coconut milk (thick part only ) 

chopped chives

salt and pepper

grill  the eggplant peel off the charred skin  and chop them up.. mix all ingredients together and serve  with rice and inihaw na isda..

    ingredients

1 bangus cut into pieces

1 tbs chopped garlic

1 large tomatoesliced

1 onion sliced

sliced ginger

bunch of kangkoong

2 to 3 tbs of fermented black beans

1/3 c vinegar

2 tbs soysauce

1 tsp msg

flour

salt and pepper

 

salt and pepper bangus

dredge in flour

fry until golden brown

 

saute garlic onion ginger and tomatoe.

.add vinegar soysauce black beans and 2 tbs water ...let boil in low fire for 10 minutes..check seasoning and add bangus and cook for another 10 minutes.

 

add in kangkong , cover for another 2 mins ..serve with rice

1 whole bangus

8 cloves garlic

1/2 cup vinegar

black pepper and salt to taste

 

1.. clean deboned ad cut the fish

2..mix crushed garlic.. pepper.. salt and viegar

3..soak fish in the mixture a few hours even days before cooking.

4..fry the fish and serve with white rice

Ingredients:

sliced ampalaya

1 chopped onion

1 chopped tomatoe

3 crushed garlic

1/4 c ground pork

patis to taste

3 beaten eggs

 

Heat oil saute garlic onion ..add ground pork and cook until brown

 

add .tomatoe and patis to taste..

 add ampalaya ..cover and cook for 5 minutes

 

.threw in the beaten eggs and cooked for another 2 mins and served with white rice...
